MEP SERVICES DESCRIPTION:

The commission includes the design and supervision of MEP services of the project.

Electrical Installation Services include Electrical (Normal & UPS) Underfloor Services with Busbar Trunking and Desk Modules, HV Metering Facilities, Direct and Indirect Lighting, Telephone & Structured Cabling (RJ45/Cat.6A) installation, Video-interphone, Security Systems (CCTV, Burglar Alarm, Access Control), EIB/KNX Automated System for lighting control, dimming facilities, VRV’s & shutters control through Home Server, Fire Alarm, TV & Sound Systems, UPS, Generating Set for selected loads, Lightning Protection of the Electric type, Lighting Fittings selection, 1No. Lift 1.6m/s speed VVVF technology with machineroomless gearless machine.

Mechanical & Plumbing Installation Services include Air Conditioning System (VRV), Closed Control Unit for I.T. Room, Ventilation System, Plumbing & Drainage, Hot & Cold Water Services and Fire Fighting System, Automatic Fire Extinguishing System.
